Tasha Millner    July 2008  Tasha.R.Milliner@SunTrust.com Good morning.  Now that we have unpacked and settled down I want to take a few minutes to thank you.  Our experience at Bella Vida was a very pleasant one.  The location and amenities were just as you presented them.  The condo was exceptionally clean and was kept that way by the maid cleanings on Monday and Wednesday.  I was present during the time that Minerva (I believe that is her name) cleaned on Monday and was impressed with the very thorough job she did.  The pool was sparkling and was enjoyed every day by my granddaughter.  The supply of towels and bed linens was more than adequate.  We also appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the privacy we were afforded.  While I do not anticipate returning to the Orlando area in the near term, I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend your service and your properties to our friends. I did tell one of the people that live there in the winter and rent their condo out in the summer about Camsun Vacation Enterprize. I hope everything was satisfactory with the way we left things. I don't think there was much cleaning for the cleaners to do. I did call though the day after we got there and told someone that the back patio light and one of the bathroom lights didn't work and the TV remote in the living room didn't work either. Also the dryer takes forever to dry the clothes. You might want to have someone check the dryer vent so it doesn't catch fire. Sometimes the vent in the back of the dryer gets clogged. It was a really nice surprise to see everything was "as expected"; the fruit bowl was gorgeous and very generous of you; the crib was there as promised. We really enjoyed being there and getting the first floor was a big help to me. I only have two suggestions, and you may have heard these already: The entrance is really, really bad! There are no lights at nite to see the street sign or the Entrance signs on the brick. The name of the complex in brass blends into the brick. If it wasn't for my son guiding us on the cell late at nite, I don't think we would have found it. As it was, they too went past the entrance and had to turn around. Even during the day, with that horrific traffic, it is difficult, at best. The attendent that came to our door and brought the garbage bags was extremely pleasant and happy! She only spoke Spanish, but so does my daughter-in-law, so we stumbled along and she was very nice. Anyway, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Camsun and the Disneycondo for helping to make our week perfect. Vicki, Jim, Josh, Kim, Jacob and Ethan..... Thanks for asking how the vacation went. It was fine. I really appreciated the condo and especially the service , You were great. I just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know that we had a great time when we stayed at Villas of Island Club. To start with, I really appreciate the fact that you could accommodate my request, just two weeks in advance of my arrival. Then, when I wanted to add an extra day, you went out of your way to make it work. As far as the condition of the condo, it was like new. I joked with my wife that we should consider moving into one of the units.. That's how nice it was. I was also very pleased with the location of the unit, and how close it was to all of the major parks. You ad states that it is like going on vacation, but staying at home, and that is exactly the way it felt. I will be contacting you in the next few weeks to set up our stay for next year.
