COMPANY PROFILE

Camsun Vacations is a property management company that was founded in 1992. Since its inception we have seen a positive growth every year. We would like to invite you to try our services for you or your family & friends and see the benefits that are being realized by the vacationers, seniors, groups, corporate clients, FIT's.
Our business objective is to provide fully furnished vacation rentals as a “ hotel alternative”. Our properties are ideally suited for larger families who have more discerning taste and prefer luxury, that they are accustomed to, when living in their own homes. We own and/or operate several vacation properties that include 60 + luxury condos which are 2, 3 & 4 bedroom. Additionally we have 50 + homes with private pools ranging from 3 – 6 bedroom and sleeps 2 – 14 people all under one roof.

These condos and homes offer excellent proximity to the area attractions since they are located 10-15 mile radius of Disney World, Universal Studios & Sea World of Florida.

Our properties are rented weekly , monthly or yearly. Provide fully equipped kitchens, includes all pot, pans, silverware, crockery, cutlery, coffee/tea makers, oven, fridge, Free washer/dryers in the unit ,  linens and towels are provided. 

Separate living and dining areas for relaxation, Spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, walk in closets. Resort condos offer community heated pools, Jacuzzi, tennis, play areas for children. Homes come with their own private pools, and executive properties are available offering every conceivable luxury.

We also have corporate clients who are here for an extended time on business and need the comforts of their own home during their stay in Florida. Units can be rented on a short term of 5 days to 1 year.

Staying at any of these top class properties is not only more economical but provides for a great holiday or work environment.

Our clients come from South America, UK, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Canada and also a significant domestic market.

As this industry evolves in a major player in the accommodation market, we hope to share a large percentage of this market in the Central Florida region, as we are already well established and have a well organized infrastructure in place. We have seen growth of about 40 % in the last 2 years and hope to have a good steady client base into future years to come. In spite of the recent events in the US and a decline in the travel and tourism sector we are sustained by our large repeat clientele who have used our professional and caring service.

2 TO 6 bedroom homes with private heated pools. If you are looking for a place to call home for a large family , these homes are just what you need. Imagine putting a family of more that 4 people in a hotel room.!! Its cramped and you will need a couple of rooms.
These homes offer accommodations at hotel prices, sleeps 2 - 14 people in comfort. Large dining and living room areas with entertainment center. Full scale kitchens, washer and dryers in house.
Designer pools with heat controls that are attached to your home & private for your family only. Some of the executive properties also have heated spas.
